These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all purchases made through the webshop operated by:

- Scope of Application
2.1. These GTC apply to all contracts concluded between the Seller and consumers acting outside the scope of their business or professional activity (hereinafter: "Consumer").
2.2. The webshop serves private individuals only. Business customers are not accepted.
2.3. By placing an order, the Consumer accepts these GTC.
2.4. The Seller delivers to countries within the European Union where delivery options are available during the checkout process.
- Products and Compatibility
3.1. The Seller offers turbochargers and turbocharger-related components, including but not limited to complete turbochargers, cartridge cores (CHRA), housings, actuators, electronic components, and related parts.
3.2. Products may be new or, in certain cases, professionally remanufactured. The product condition is always indicated on the product page.
3.3. Due to the technical nature of the products, the Consumer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with the vehicle before placing the order. Product descriptions and compatibility information are provided for guidance only.
3.4. The Seller shall not be responsible for incompatibility resulting from incorrect vehicle data provided by the Consumer or improper product selection.
- Prices and VAT
4.1. All prices displayed in the webshop are indicated in the selected currency and include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with the applicable EU regulations, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2. Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized. In certain cases, the Seller may offer free shipping for specific products or above a defined order value. Where free shipping applies, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and/or during the checkout process.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed by the Seller.
- Ordering Process and Contract Formation
5.1. The Consumer may place an order through the webshop by selecting products and completing the checkout process.
5.2. Before finalizing the order, the Consumer is able to review and modify the order details and correct any input errors.
5.3. By clicking the “Place Order” or equivalent button, the Consumer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
5.4. After the order is placed, the Consumer receives an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
5.5. The contract is concluded only when the Seller confirms the order by a separate confirmation email or dispatches the ordered products.
5.6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in justified cases, including but not limited to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded without undue delay.
- Payment Methods
6.1. The following payment methods are available in the webshop:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Credit or Debit Card
- Google Pay
6.2. Payment must be completed in accordance with the selected payment method before the order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed.
6.3. In case of bank transfer, the order will be processed after the payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account.
6.4. The Seller does not store payment card data. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment service providers.
- Delivery
7.1. The Seller delivers to European Union countries that are available for selection during the checkout process.
7.2. Delivery is carried out by courier services, including GLS and DHL.
7.3. Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on destination and external circumstances.
7.4. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Consumer when the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer takes physical possession of the goods.
7.5. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Consumer, any additional costs arising from repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the Consumer.
- Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Policy)
8.1. In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the Seller voluntarily grants Consumers a total of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, subject to the conditions set out below.
8.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit the return request using the return form available on the Seller’s website (https://www.turbo-shop.eu/returns/) within the 30-day period. After submission, the Consumer will receive instructions regarding the return process and the return address.
8.3. After submitting the return request and receiving the return instructions, the Consumer must send the products back without undue delay.
8.4. The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are:
- unused,
- not installed,
- in original condition, and
- returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of installation or use are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to loss of resale value.
8.5. The costs and responsibility of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
8.6. Upon lawful withdrawal, the Seller shall refund all payments received from the Consumer for the returned products, excluding delivery costs, using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise (for example, by bank transfer).
8.7. The refund shall be made within 14 days after the Seller has received the returned goods or the Consumer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
8.8. This right of withdrawal does not apply to defective or non-conforming products. In such cases, the provisions of Section 10 (Warranty and Legal Conformity) shall apply.
- Returns and Refunds (General Rules)
9.1. Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. The Seller shall not be responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging during return shipment.
9.2. The Consumer is responsible for the returned goods until they are received by the Seller. The Seller recommends using a trackable shipping service.
9.3. If a returned product is received damaged, incomplete, or with missing accessories due to improper packaging or handling by the Consumer, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund accordingly or to reject the return where legally permitted.
9.4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the Consumer (for example, by bank transfer).
9.5. This section applies to all lawful returns, including withdrawal under Section 8 and other return cases accepted by the Seller.
- Warranty and Legal Conformity
10.1. Statutory Consumer Rights (Legal Conformity)
10.1.1. The Seller is liable for lack of conformity of the goods that exists at the time the goods are delivered to the Consumer and becomes apparent within two (2) years from delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
10.1.2. If a defect becomes apparent within twelve (12) months from delivery, it is legally presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect.
10.1.3. After the first twelve (12) months, the Consumer must prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
10.1.4. In case of lack of conformity, the Consumer is entitled, in the first instance, to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement, unless this is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs on the Seller.
10.1.5. If repair or replacement is not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time, the Consumer may request a proportionate price reduction or withdraw from the contract, in accordance with applicable law.
10.2. Commercial / Additional Warranty
10.2.1. For certain products, the Seller may offer an additional commercial warranty of two (2) or three (3) years, as indicated on the individual product page or in the product documentation.
10.2.2. This commercial warranty is voluntary and does not affect the Consumer’s statutory rights arising from lack of conformity under Section 10.1.
10.2.3. The scope, duration, and specific conditions of the commercial warranty may vary depending on the product and are always indicated in the product description or warranty documentation provided with the product.
10.2.4. The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal and intended use of the product.
10.3. Exclusions from Warranty
10.3.1. Neither statutory liability for conformity nor commercial warranty shall cover defects or damage resulting from:
- improper or incorrect installation,
- failure to follow installation or operating instructions,
- insufficient lubrication or contaminated oil system,
- foreign object damage,
- modifications or unauthorized repairs,
- use outside of intended or manufacturer-specified operating conditions,
- normal wear and tear.
10.3.2. The Seller shall not be liable for consequential damages arising from product failure, including but not limited to engine damage, loss of profit, or vehicle downtime, to the extent permitted by law.
10.4. Warranty Claims Procedure
10.4.1. In case of a suspected defective product, the Consumer must submit a warranty claim using the warranty claim form available on the Seller’s website (https://www.turbo-shop.eu/returns/), providing the required information, including but not limited to invoice number, product name, and description of the defect.
10.4.2. After submitting the warranty claim form, the Consumer will receive instructions regarding further steps, including whether and where the product must be returned for inspection.
10.4.3. The Consumer must not send back any product without prior instructions from the Seller.
10.4.4. The Seller may require technical inspection of the product to determine whether the defect is covered by statutory rights or by any applicable commercial warranty.
10.4.5. If the warranty claim is justified, the Seller shall provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with Section 10.1.
- Installation and Use of Products
11.1. The Consumer is strongly advised to have the products installed by a qualified professional.
11.2. Installation and use must follow the instructions provided with the product or made available online (e.g., via QR code on the product packaging).
11.3. The Seller shall not be liable for defects, damage, or malfunctions resulting from:
- improper or incorrect installation,
- failure to follow the installation or operating instructions,
- use under conditions outside those specified by the manufacturer,
- modifications or unauthorized repairs,
- inadequate lubrication or contaminated oil systems, or
- use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the intended application.
11.4. The Consumer acknowledges that failure to comply with the installation and usage instructions may void statutory or commercial warranty coverage.
11.5. The Seller is not responsible for any consequential damages to the vehicle, engine, or other components arising from improper installation or misuse of the products.
- Liability
12.1. The Seller shall be liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
12.2. The Seller shall only be liable for ordinary negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”). In such cases, liability shall be limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
12.3. The Seller shall not be liable for:
- indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including engine damage, vehicle downtime, or loss of profit,
- defects or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the provided instructions,
- damages caused by third parties or external circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
12.4. Nothing in these GTC shall exclude or limit the Seller’s liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
- Language Versions
13.1. These GTC are provided in English.
13.2. Translations into other languages may be provided for convenience.
13.3. In case of discrepancies between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1. These GTC and all contracts between the Seller and the Consumer shall be governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
14.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC shall be submitted to the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise in favor of the Consumer.

15.1. For all inquiries, warranty claims, returns, or complaints, the Consumer may contact the Seller via:
- Online chat available on the Seller’s website. This allows communication in the Consumer’s preferred language.
- Email: info@turbo-shop.eu - Consumers may write in their own language or in English, which is the primary language for communication.
15.2. The Seller will handle complaints and warranty claims in accordance with these GTC and applicable EU consumer protection laws.
15.3. Consumers may also contact the relevant national consumer protection authorities for guidance or dispute resolution if needed.
