All returns and warranty requests must start by filling out the Return/Warranty Form on this page.

Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your return or warranty claim is processed smoothly.

 

  1. Returns (Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days)

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving the product:

  1. Submit the Return Form on this page. Do not return the product without submitting the form first.
  2. After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a page with detailed instructions on where and how to return the product.
  3. Return only unused, uninstalled products in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  4. The cost and responsibility of return shipping is with the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., bank transfer).

Note: This 30-day withdrawal right does not apply to defective or installed products. For defects, please follow the Warranty Instructions below.

  1. Warranty Claims

If your product is defective or not conforming:

  1. Submit the Return/Warranty Form on this page, providing:
    • Invoice number
    • Product name
    • Description of the defect
  2. After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a page with instructions on where and how to send the product for inspection.
  3. Do not return the product without first submitting the form and following the instructions.
  4. Once your claim is approved, we will provide:
    • Repair, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and the product’s commercial warranty (if applicable).
  5. Refunds or replacements are subject to the terms and exclusions described in the GTC, including improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by the vehicle or environment.
  1. Important Information
  • Please keep the product well-packaged during return shipment to avoid damage.
  • Use a trackable shipping service; Turborail Kft. is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Following these steps ensures a smooth and fast processing of your return or warranty claim.
